Sleeping Quarters

This 4 bedroom, 3 bath villa in Davenport, FL is the ideal place to stay during your Disney or Orlando area vacation. Your little princess will love the Disney Princess bedroom with a Simmons pillowtop mattress that ensures her nights are as wondrous as the days. The swashbuckling adventurer will be thrilled to the gills to sleep in the Pirates of the Caribbean themed bedroom, also equipped with a Simmons pillowtop mattress. The home is fully air conditioned with ceiling fans in all the rooms. The villa has two master suites, each with its own private bathroom. The master suites have king-size beds with Simmons Beautyrest pillowtop mattresses and 600 thread count Egyptian cotton bedding for a luxurious night’s sleep. All four bedrooms have 19″ high definition DVD cable televisions.

Living Room

The living room has a queen size sofa sleeper; the home can comfortably sleep up to 10 people. The living room has a 32″ high definition DVD cable television, plus a game cube and CD player.

Phone & Internet

There is free wireless broadband Internet and 50 state, Canada, Puerto Rico, and Guam long distance.

Kitchen

The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, blender, slow-cooker and cook and bake ware to make meal preparation simple. A Weber kettle BBQ grill is just outside. Acrylic glasses and stemware make outdoor dining and lounging safe for poolside.

Entertainment

The villa is brimming with a variety of activities to engage your family when not visiting Disney, Universal Studios, or the many golf courses. Puzzles, cards, poker chips, and a variety of favorite board and yard games are available.

The private, screened and landscaped pool and spa comes fitted with a child safety fence and provides a relaxing oasis after a day on the course or at the parks. Optional pool heat is available for $125/week. Extra pool towels, floats, and pool toys are available for your pool-time fun.

Additional Amenities

There are hair dryers in each bathroom, alarm clocks in the bedrooms, a crib, stroller, and high chair are also available at no extra charge. A full-sized washer and dryer, plus an ironing board are on site.
